FOAM (XLPE)

Used for tighter fits and controlling tools. Foam is available in a variety of densities, thicknesses, and colors. Consult with your sales rep to determine which is the best for you!

We can cut the foam to match specific requirements of your tooling and part kitting needs. STATA-CELL can also be used as a bottom for this material to increase the longevity of the foam.

STATA-CELL (Rigid, Foam-Replacement)

Stata-Cell is a rigid and durable plastic material. Why plastic? It endures the constant stress your tools put on your tool trays, without breaking down into particles or creating FOD. Stata-Cell is the perfect replacement for your foam at nearly the same cost, also lasting years longer compared to the foam.

STATA-DENE (Chemically-Inert, Rigid)

Stata-Dene is an exceptionally rigid plastic that offers excellent CHEMICAL RESISTANCE. Specifically designed to support needs that stem from Cleanrooms, FOD-Critical applications, and areas that use highly corrosive chemicals and fluids, the Stata-Dene is the ultimate option for nearly any application.

Stata-Lene was designed specifically for use in critical ESD and static-sensitive environments.
